🎨 Terms and Conditions for doina-art.com
1. 🌐 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) establish the rules for using the doina-art.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and govern the purchase of paintings, prints, greeting cards and other art products (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") offered by [Name or Legal Name of the Store/Company Owner, ex: Doina Art PFA -F19/893/13/07/2010] (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "We").
By accessing, browsing and using the Website, and/or by placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these T&C in their entirety.
2. 🖼️ Product Description and Intellectual Property
Product Description: The Products are original, unique or limited edition works of art, created by the artist. We strive to ensure that the photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings or the nature of the handmade work. These do not constitute a defect.
Intellectual Property: All paintings, images, texts, graphic design and any other content on the Site are the exclusive property of the Seller and are protected by copyright laws. The purchase of a work of art does not transfer the copyright (right of reproduction, public display, etc.), which remain with the artist.
3. 💳 Prices and Payment Methods
Prices: The prices displayed on the Site are expressed in [Euro - Choose the currency according to the country] and include/ exclude VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs are included in the product price.
Payment: Payment can be made by [Examples: Bank card (online), Bank transfer, paypal. Orders will only be processed after confirmation of full payment.
4. 📦 Delivery
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is [Ex: 7-10 business days] from payment confirmation. For custom paintings, the execution and delivery time will be communicated separately.
Costs: Delivery costs vary depending on the destination and the size/weight of the Product. These will be borne by the seller.
Risk: The risk of damage or loss of the Product passes to the Buyer when the Product is handed over to the courier.
5. 🔄 Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal: According to the Emergency Ordinance (O.U.G.) 34/2014, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract, without having to justify the decision and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the Product.
Return Conditions: The Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, in the original packaging, without being damaged.
Exceptions to Returns: Custom-made (personalized) artwork according to the Buyer's specifications are exempt from the right of return, according to the law.
Refund of Amounts: The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date of informing the Seller of the decision to withdraw, provided that the Product has already been received by the Seller. The costs of returning the Product will be borne by the Buyer.
6. 🛡️ Guarantees and Complaints
Warranty: The Seller guarantees the authenticity of the artworks and each work will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
Complaints: Any problem related to the delivered Product must be reported in writing, within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt, to the email address [cotfasdoina@gmail.com].

8. ⚖️ Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these T&Cs will be resolved amicably. If amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts in [City where the store/company is headquartered].
